Where is my eFaktura?
For norwegian users:
1. Once you have been identified with BankID and accept receipt of the eFaktura at Bill Kill (during the registration process), you will automatically see all your unprocessed eFaktura in the app.
By "unprocessed" we mean invoices that haven't been approved for payment, changed, deleted or canceled on your online bank. As Bill Kill is dynamic with the banks, an eFaktura you process in Bill Kill will disappear from other online bank platforms and vice versa. The same applies if you have several bank customer relationships.
2. If you managed to skip the approval of the e-invoice during the registration process, you can accept by going to PROFILE - EFAKTURA - RECEIVE EFAKTURA.
3. Very rarely you might experience that your eFaktura-alias is in use by someone else, preferably someone in your family or from your household. Then you must contact your bank and change your eFaktura alias which is your email address to be able to use Bill Kill with eFaktura.
For swedish users:
We are working to ensure that Swedish users also receive all their e-invoices in Bill Kill, but at the moment Swedish e-invoices are not automatically included in the app.
Is it possible to enter payment information manually? (mail/email invoice)
Yes, if the issuer is whitelisted in Bill Kill.
Do the following:
- Go to "new Invoice" and look up issuer by name or account number (company)
- Enter KID no. (Norway)/OCR (Sweden)/note and payment date
- Make sure the KID/OCR and payment amount are correct before approving
If the issuer is not on the Bill Kills whitelist of more than 19 000 issuers, you must send a request to us from the app before you can enter payment information. You will get a reply within 24 hours.
I can not find the recipient/issuer I want to pay to?
No problem, you can send a request for the issuer to be whitelisted:
- Go to "new" and search for the recipient by name or account number (Norway)/Bankgirot number (Sweden) of the company.
- Enter the KID/OCR number/note and payment date
- Check that the KID/OCR and amount are correct before you authorise
How can I pay several times to the same issuer without putting the payment information manually?
Bill Kill has an in-app feature that simplifies the work.
Do the following:
- Find the last invoice you paid to the recipient (see under "Paid Invoices")
- Tap the invoice and then "Pay again"
- Change the due date and check that the amount is correct
- Approve for payment
You should now see the invoice under "Scheduled invoices" (slide 2)
Do I get points from all payment transactions?
No, it depens on which credit card you are using. It is entirely up to card issuers whether they award points for a payment transaction or not. It's an agreement between you the card issuer. We recommend that you contact the relevant card issuer if you have further questions about earning points and have a request for benefits for that are not cash withdrawals. We experience that some card issuers registeres the payment transactions as a cash withdrawal (without fees). Amex gives points for all their transactions* (see the list of banned issuer)
We are actively working for more card issuers to join the team, and motivate consumers to pay invoices by the due date by providing points for the transactions in Bill Kill that are not a cash withdrawal.
I can't register my Amex card to pay for the subscription. Why?

Can I change the due date on an invoice?
Yes.

I get an error message saying "make sure you have coverage on your registrered card in the weapons store"
This message comes from the card issuer, not from Bill Kill. Some card issuers choose to register the transaction as a cash withdrawal. You are most likely getting this message due to the cash withdrawal limit has been exceeded. Check with your card issuer about the transactions and what your cash withdrawal limit is. This has nothing to do with you ordinary credit limit on the card.
Unfortunately, Bill Kill has no influence of points registration. Transactions on Bill Kill app are not cash withdrawals, so we recommend our users to contact the card issuer regarding this.
Do Bill Kill have a recruitment campaign?
Yes, we have.
Inside the app under profile and "recruit a friend" you will find your referral code, if any of your friends use this referral code when registering or subscribing, you will both receive Zen points.
